Mark your calendars for Saturday November 18 when we will honour Heather Cohen on her retirement from Temple Israel after 34 years of service. Join us at services at 10:15 am. Following services there will be a kiddush lunch and music with Mark Evenchick.
Please RSVP to Marsha Maslove HERE (by email), so we know how many will be coming.
The Temple Board of Directors recently approved the creation of a new fund, called the Heather Cohen Appreciation Fund. The purpose of this fund will support the accessibility initiatives in our sanctuary, by creating a barrier free Bima with a ramp. If you would like to contribute to this, you can find the fund listed on your Shulcloud account, or through Canada Helps on the donations page of the Temple website at https://templeisraelottawa.ca/donate-to-temple-israel/
If you would like to send a card, you can also reach out by email to Sandy Bennet at donationssb@templeisraelottawa.com or Diane Parkin at donationsdp@templeisraelottawa.com
