RSVP. Safe, affordable housing is one of the most important factors for successful integration into Canadian society. With high housing costs, refugees and newcomers suffer financial hardship. OMRA Shelter Corporation is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization that provides monthly rent subsidies for refugees with permanent resident status who have been in Canada less than two years.
